Our Story

Located in Stowe, Vermont The Blue Donkey has been kicking ass for over a decade. They are known for their American comfort food, local beers, and wide variety of spirits.

Owners Kim and Jimmy, while originally from New York City are Vermonters in style and spirit. They believe in fostering a welcoming space for all and providing good vibes to the people. You’ll often see Jimmy holding court at the bar telling tall stories and Kim finishing up her latest novel.

The Blue Donkey is centrally located in Stowe is and a true Kick Ass Bar. They have a rotating list of draft beer that reflect the season and vibe of the moment.
